Feeling Quest Activity
- Board game

The Feeling Quest activity is designed to help children recognize, understand, and express different emotions. In this activity, children move through different steps or spaces while identifying feelings such as happy, sad, angry, excited, or surprised. The activity encourages children to talk about their emotions and share situations when they may experience these feelings.

This learning experience supports social-emotional development by helping children build emotional awareness and empathy for others. It also encourages communication skills as children describe their feelings and listen to their peers. Through interactive play, children learn that all feelings are important and that it is okay to express them in healthy ways.

As an educator, I would use activities like Feeling Quest to create a supportive environment where children feel comfortable discussing their emotions. This helps children develop self-regulation, confidence, and positive relationships with others.
