Tall colorful
tower
This activity involved building a tall tower using colorful stacking cups. The purpose of this activity was to encourage problem-solving, creativity, and fine motor skills. While stacking the cups, I had to think carefully about balance and stability to keep the tower from falling.
Activities like this help children develop hand-eye coordination, concentration, and perseverance. It also encourages children to experiment with different ways of building and learn through trial and error. As an educator, I would use similar activities to support early STEM learning, where children explore concepts like balance, structure, and cause and effect through play.
